A coffee fragrance pervades our house – it’s time for breakfast. In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet with delicious sorts of bread, bio fruit juices, diverse kinds of cereals, homemade jams and a tasty choice of cheeses and sausages are waiting for you. Several types of teas or an aromatic coffee may strengthen you for your upcoming adventure day.
In the evening, the host personally will spoil you with a varied five-course menu. The starters are represented by a colorful and vitamin-packed salad buffet followed by diverse soups, cold and warm hors d’oeuvres, main dishes with meat and fish and various healthy side dishes. Your culinary trip is accompanied by the best South Tyrolean and Italian wines. The dinner is going to end with a delicious dessert and with fresh fruits. In our well equipped house bar we offer a rich choice of grappa and liqueurs produced principally in South Tyrol.
We place value on traditional South Tyrolean and Italian cuisine integrating the high quality products of South Tyrol.
The spices and herbs are mainly from our own garden. We offer vegetarian or gluten-free cuisine on request (extra charge). |
