Booking:
With the written booking, the guest declares to have read and accepted our general conditions.
Discounts for children:
0 - 4 years 60%
4 - 10 years 25%
10 - 14 years 10%
Valid only in the double room with two full-paying adults.
The discounts are applied to the list prices and are not valid with week offers.
Meal times:
Breakfast: 8 a.m. until 10 a.m.
Dinner: 7 p.m.
Discounts will not be applied for uneaten meals.
Our prices:
Day of arrival for week offers: Saturday
Different week offers can not be cumulated.
If a double room is booked for two people we calculate the whole price for the two people, even if the room is occupied by only one person
(the single room surcharge of 80% is not valid).
Surcharge for the sauna in the summer period:
Children under 16 years are not allowed to enter to the sauna area.
With a surcharge of 14 € per person it is possible to use the sauna and the steam bath also in the summer months (at least two people).
Single room surcharge 80%.
List price for bed and breakfast: reduction of 5 € per person and day.
Pets:
For dogs and other pets we charge 10 € per day, without fodder.
Pets are not allowed to enter in the dining room.

Arrival / Departure:
On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 3 p.m., on the day of departure rooms must be vacated until 10 a.m.
Check out after 10 a.m. (max until 6 p.m.) if availability allows 25,00 € / person
(entry to the sauna / steam bath in the winter season, outdoor swimming pool in the summer months)
Please notify us if you will arrive after 6 p.m.
Cancellation conditions (Art. 1832 Codice Civile)
For reservations cancelled 21 days prior to the start of the vacation period, the down payment will be withheld as compensation, if there is no other reservation following. For late arrivals or early departures we will charge 100% of the entire reservation period.
Shuttle service with hotel-own minibus:
From and to the stations Bressanone, Chiusa and Bolzano we charge 50 € per trip.
From and to the airport Bolzano we charge 55 € per trip.
Reservation confirmation:
Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a down payment.
Payment methods:
We prefer cash payments.
Our italian guests can pay with bancomat card.
We don't accept credit cards. |
