Get to know the world of nature from a completely different point of view, walking through the endless meadows of the Alpe di Siusi, discovering the amazing variety of alpine flora and smelling the perfume of the flowers and wild herbs growing in the pastures. But “pleasure” does not only mean enjoying nature in its many different forms, it also means letting yourself be seduced by the wide range of food specialities of the Alpe di Siusi.

Course of “cooking with herbs”:
Franz Mulser, prize-winning cook and manager of the Gostner Schwaige, will not only reveal some of the secrets of his excellent culinary art, but also give you interesting information regarding the use of some of the local herbs.
Guided hike:
Our hike will take you to S. Osvaldo to the "Pflegerhof" farm to visit the herbal garden and finally to the inn "Tschötscherhof" where you will taste delights made from different herbs.
Culinary excursion with cookery course:
Embark on a pleasant hike to San Valentino and make a short detour to the pretty little church of San Valentino. During the herbal cooking class you learn more about the local cuisine while preparing delicious dishes with the herbs of the region.

From refuge to refuge:
The Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel will be our goal. The first day we pass, starting from Compaccio, the Refuge Molignon until to the night stay at our Refuge Sasso Piatto. The next day we will continue along the steep road to reach the summit.
Tandem flight:
Do you like strong emotions? Then take advantage of the possibility of paragliding over the most beautiful mountains of the world, leaving from Spitzbühl to Castelrotto. You are in safe hands. (Length of flight: approx ½ hour)
